Konto und Daten löschen

App: CraftLog (com.craftlog.app)

Diese Seite erklärt, wie du dein CraftLog-Konto und alle damit verbundenen Daten dauerhaft löschen kannst.

Variante 1 – Direkt in der App (empfohlen)

Wenn du die App installiert hast und eingeloggt bist:

Öffne CraftLog und melde dich an.
Gehe zu Einstellungen → Konto.
Tippe auf „Konto löschen" und bestätige.

Das Konto und alle zugehörigen Cloud-Daten werden dabei sofort und unwiderruflich gelöscht.

Variante 2 – Per E-Mail anfordern

Wenn du keinen Zugriff mehr auf die App hast, schreib uns einfach eine kurze E-Mail an:

Bitte sende die Anfrage von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der du dich registriert hast (bzw. nenne uns deine Google-Login-Adresse).

Wir bearbeiten die Anfrage innerhalb von 30 Tagen.

Nur einzelne Daten löschen (ohne Kontolöschung)

Du kannst auch einzelne Inhalte entfernen, ohne dein ganzes Konto zu löschen:

In der App: Öffne ein Projekt bzw. einen Eintrag und tippe auf „Löschen". Der Inhalt wird sofort aus der Cloud entfernt.
Per E-Mail: Schreib uns an die oben genannte Adresse und nenne, welche Daten gelöscht werden sollen.

Welche Daten werden gelöscht?

Dein Benutzerkonto (E-Mail-Adresse bzw. Google-Login).
Alle von dir erstellten Projekte, Einträge, Notizen und Bilder.
Alle in der Cloud gespeicherten Inhalte deines Kontos.

Es werden keine Daten zurückbehalten. Eine Wiederherstellung nach der Löschung ist nicht möglich.

Delete account and data

App: CraftLog (com.craftlog.app)

This page explains how to permanently delete your CraftLog account and all associated data.

Option 1 – Directly in the app (recommended)

If you have the app installed and are signed in:

Open CraftLog and sign in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap “Delete account" and confirm.

Your account and all associated cloud data are deleted immediately and irreversibly.

Option 2 – Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, simply send us a short email to:

Subject: CraftLog Delete Account
Please send the request from the email address you registered with (or tell us your Google sign-in address).

We process the request within 30 days.

Delete individual data only (without deleting the account)

You can also remove individual content without deleting your entire account:

In the app: Open a project or entry and tap “Delete". The content is removed from the cloud immediately.
By email: Write to the address above and tell us which data should be deleted.

Which data is deleted?

Your user account (email address or Google sign-in).
All projects, entries, notes and images you created.
All content of your account stored in the cloud.

No data is retained. Recovery after deletion is not possible.
